Selection methodology

In most cases, Alto Recruitment utilises behavioural and situational interviewing techniques, validated by comprehensive reference checking. Additionally, we have in-house experience in constructing and co-ordinating Assessment Centres, and can conduct skills, ability and psychological testing.
