EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

John McNamara – Director

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, RMIT
  • Graduate Diploma in Management, RMIT

John has senior management experience in a variety of operational entities, with particular emphasis on heavy civil engineering construction contracting. His focus also includes active involvement in public companies and divisions engaged in related markets, including mining, manufacturing, capital equipment distribution and mechanical contracting.

Since 1990, John has contributed to various specialised consulting activities, with a primary emphasis on executive and technical recruitment.

Neil McKenzie – Director

  • Bachelor of Economics (Hons), Monash University

Neil has a wide range of industry and commercial experience, from running his own businesses to representing members of the Victorian Farmers Federation, and managing the assessment and training of fishermen, fish wholesalers and retailers within the commercial seafood industry.

A key focus in Neil’s work life has been on establishing and meeting client and customer needs, and delivering a high level of personal service.

Since 1999, Neil has successfully completed many recruitment assignments in management, technical and administration roles, at all levels of seniority within the construction and equipment industries.

Allan Rae – Director

  • Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Victoria College (now Deakin University)

Allan has spent a total of 16 years in recruitment consulting, and eight-and-a-half years as Principal of Rae Consulting Pty Limited. For eleven years prior, Allan held personnel management positions with Bechtel, a worldwide engineering construction management group. He also has international experience in Saudi Arabia (three years), Indonesia (one year) and Papua New Guinea (one-and-a-half years).

His last two assignments were as Personnel Manager on the Ok Tedi Gold Project, based at Tabubil in PNG; and the Portland Smelter Project.
